Dimitri Xenakis

Dimitri Xenakis was born in 1964, in Levallois Perret (France). He actually lives near Paris, in a former factory, transformed in to a loft and studio. He is at the same time a site-specific artist, a sculptor and a photographer.

His work is deeply involved in the natural and urban landscapes. Dimitri designs open-air and environmental installations, gardens, light-installations. He uses both natural and synthetic materials and regularly collaborates with the artist and light designer Maro Avrabou.
